Complete this form no later than 5pm on the second day of the semester in which you would like to do an Independent Study. If your request is approved, then complete the Registrar's Independent Study Form by the college deadline.
Complete no later than the end of the first week of classes of the fall semester of the senior year (recommended by the end of the advising period of the spring of the junior year). in Mathematics and in Computer Science.
